Coaching Experience: Pete has coached in the Olney area/at OBGC for over 25 years, during which time he has coached every age group from U8 to U19.

​

Coaching highlights: 6 State Cup Championships; 2 Regional titles; and 1 National League title. Pete led the 2001 Rangers to the USYS National Championships twice. He has won numerous high level tournaments over the years. During his tenure, Pete has developed numerous Division 1 college players, some of whom went on to play professionally.

​Coaching Experience: Darren has coached in Olney for over 17 years working with various age groups along with the Academy. He has helped to develop numerous players that have gone on to play collegiate and at a professional level.

Playing Experience: Darren played professional soccer in England, Scotland and Ireland for Rotherham United, Kilmarnock, and Drogheda FC

Coaching Experience: Kristen served as an assistant coach at the University of Maine at Farmington.

Playing Experience: Kristen is a former all-conference player for Brandeis University in Waltham, MA, and in 2017 was named to the University Athletic Association’s 30th Anniversary Women’s Team.

Coaching Experience: Brendan has coached with OBGC since Fall 2020. He also currently coaches varsity at John F Kennedy HS

Playing Experience: Brendan also played for OBGC Rangers his entire youth soccer career from the age of 6-18. winning 3 State cups, 1 Region1 Championship, USYSA National league and went to Nationals. .

Coaching Experience: Alan oversees the U8 Developmental Academy at OBGC for our youngest players (3 - 8 years old). Alan has worked with many top level travel teams within OBGC over the past 15 years.

Playing Experience: Alan is a former professional soccer player for Sheffield Wednesday from 1994 - 1998.

​Coaching Experience:  Gavin joined the OBGC coaching staff in 2009. He currently head the 2007, 2014 and 2015 boys teams as well as the Maryland State ODP U14 boys.

Playing Experience: Gavin is a former college soccer player. ​

Coaching Experience: Luke began his coaching career back in 2016 after interning as a soccer player at University of Santa Barbara, CA. He also formerly coached in Chicago, IL at club level and has now been with OBGC since the Fall 2023

Playing Experience: University of California  Santa Barbara. Luke played semi-professional soccer in England whilst he completed his 3-year University Bachelor’s Degree in Football Coaching, Development & Administration.

Playing Experience: Liam played for OBGC his entire youth soccer career from the age of 6-18. Liam won 3 State cups, 1 Region1 Championship, USYSA National league and went to Nationals. Liam played at McDaniel University and Duquesne University.

Coach Tim played competitive soccer in High School until stopping to focus on basketball, where he played at the collegiate level.  He has been coaching youth soccer in Montgomery County for over 10 years.
